Introduction
In a rapidly evolving leisure, sports and fitness management landscape, choosing the right platform to power how our users access facilities is key. We've partnered with Gladstone since 2016, that contract has expired and following a re-tender we began Spring 2025, we are partnering with Delcom as our next generation platform coming soon. This will change how users, members and clubs interact with OUS digitally. Critically, we will need to migrate our users from the Gladstone onto Delcom.
We are currently building the new platform, and have held some member demo sessions open to users and club committees. Newsletters will follow for all users on the approach to our launch date. More information will be coming soon. Meanwhile we will continue to update our Mobile App and this page.

We have been compiling a list of frequently asked questions about the new platform, which you can see below.
The centre staff are meeting with each other and the new software company 3 times a week until we launch. If there is an FAQ missing, it may well appear as those discussion unfold, but feel free to submit a question here. We won't reply back on email, as there maybe many multiples of the same question coming in. Instead it will be answered by adding a new numbered question on the FAQs.
