Details of support provided to Oxford University organised sport via the Sports Federation
Oxford University Sports Federation is the governing body for sport at Oxford University. Created by Oxford University Sport, the Sports Federation exists to support all organised sport and physical activity at Oxford. By supporting each sport's individual programmes, we aim to deliver the Oxford University Sport mission and vision: -
"To provide Oxford University and the community with the best experience of sport and physical activity - with sport and wellbeing recognised for its positive contribution to student experience and academic performance"
The Sports Federation is based within the Sports Department at the Iffley Road Sports Centre and works alongside multiple departments and Colleges across the University in order to support the diverse range of sporting opportunities at Oxford.
Sports Federation Hub
The full support package, resources and programmes offered to sports clubs by the Sports Federation are visible via our Sports Federation Hub, an intranet for organised sport, which can be visited using the button on this page. Please note to access our Sports Federation Hub you must have a single sign on username and password from the University of Oxford. Guest access can be request by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
BUCS Fixtures and Results
Many of our clubs and teams take part in BUCS (British Universities and Colleges Sport) competitions every year. Below we will be posting the fixtures for the next week as well as a round-up of results from the previous week.
