How did you get into the sport?

Started playing squash in infant school age 4yrs

How has the Blues Performance Scheme helped you?

Individual sessions very beneficial as tailored programme specific to my training regime which worked well in conjunction with group squad training

What is your advice on balancing sport and academia?

Time management is key

How have you managed training during lockdown?    

Motivating myself without being able to go on court has been the biggest challenge. My advice would be to avoid being too self-critical and to keep things in perspective!
