How did you get into the sport?

I started at school where there were weekly taster sessions and I just loved it.

What is your advice on balancing sport and academia?

The key is being as efficient as possible.  You have to maximise your use of time and can't really procrastinate.

How have you managed training during lockdown?

I spent lockdown training twice a day on the rowing machine. It was a bit grim at first but you get used to it.  I just had to stick with it as I knew it would get me incredibly fit.
