How did you get into the sport?

My parents did orienteering so they started taking me along too.

How has the Blues Performance Scheme helped you?

The Blues Performance Scheme has helped me have more structure in my stength and conditioning training and has also allowed me to access nutritional and pyschological support which I would not otherwise have had.

What is your advice on balancing sport and academia?

Planning ahead is useful and it's good to get work done early if you have a big competition coming up.

How have you managed training during lockdown?

Most of my training I can do as normal really as it is mostly running. However all of my races have been cancelled so I am now planning for a racing season at the end of the year.
