Cheerleading involves a variety of skills such as stunts, jumps, tumbles and dance which is eventually all fit into a 2 ½ minute routine- choreographed to showcase months of training.
The Oxford Sirens are the university’s competitive cheerleading squad and we take part in both national competitions and Varsity each year. Some members have a background in gymnastics, dance, parkour or trampolining but many are beginners who we train up to stunt, dance and tumble.
