My friends were playing at a local club so I went along and tried it!
How has the Blues Performance Scheme helped you?
The bespoke support plans have helped me to balance a busy academic schedule and still maintain my performance throughout the year. I could not have reached the Ireland U21 side without all the support from the BPS.
What is your advice on balancing sport and academia?
To-Do lists, planning, diaries. Organisation is so key, and communication with the academic side of university life is so key.
