How did you get into the sport?

I started at a young age watching my brother play tennis and compete, and that made me also want to start playing. Once I started playing, I really enjoyed it and kept going with it.

Any advice for balancing sport and academia?

My advice would be to try to follow a structured day. Each person will have a different structure that works for them, but prioritising sleep and good nutrition is extremely beneficial in balancing sports and academics. It can also be useful to reach out to some of the older students in your team, especially if they have done your course or similar courses as they can provide some advice on what helped them too.
