The BUCS (British University and Colleges Sport) inter-university league and cup season is now completed in most sports, with the cricket league and knockouts still being played and some individual events still to be completed. Oxford entered 80 teams into 24 sports in the 2021/22 season. A total of eleven teams won their respective BUCS leagues this year with eight of those teams finishing the league undefeated.

This includes two Premier level league title wins for the Men's Hockey Blues and the Women's Fencing Blues. Two teams reached cup finals this year with both the Women's Hockey Blues and the Women's Badminton Blues finishing valiant runners-up in the Vase and Trophy competitions, respectively.
