Tai Chi (Taijiquan)

We are a martial arts club practising the Wudang style of Taijiquan. We focus on the practical self-defense aspects of the art, based on the teachings of Master Cheng Tin Hung. We hold a weekly university class, which consists of paired pushing hand exercises, grappling exercises, martial exercises, pad work and hand form.

We also hold two weekly public classes: martial classes (focusing on practical applications and sparring) and form classes (focusing on the development of core strength, balance and flexibility).

We welcome both beginners and more experienced students.
