Pistol

The Pistol Club is a fun and sociable half blue sport, with a history stretching back to the 19th century. We shoot Olympic-style air pistols 2-3 times a week, and have regular trips to local ranges to fire gallery rifles or muzzle-loading pistols. Almost everyone in our club learned to shoot at with us so beginners are welcome.

The club has a range session in the cricket school at Oxford University Sport on Thursday evening, Sunday morning and on Tuesday.

Shooting is a sport that demands exceptional concentration and a strong mental approach. To find out more, please visit British Shooting
