Kabaddi

Kabaddi is one of the fastest growing sports in the world. It has its origins in ancient India. Like various martial art forms, it aims to develop self-defence techniques. But, unlike conventional martial arts, it also seeks to teach individuals how to work as a team to protect one another and repel any offensive attacks.

The club is dedicated to providing an environment where individuals can both feel comfortable in their own skin, and get fit at the same time. As a club, we seek to develop a variety of skill sets that include strength, stamina, speed, flexibility, and strategic thinking. However, we welcome members of all abilities.

We offer our members opportunities to compete in the Varsity Match, National Championship, and other tournaments. No prior experience is required for anyone interested.
