Whether you are looking for something new or are a well seasoned athlete, OUAC welcomes anyone who wishes to come and train with us. The club is currently going from strength to strength and we are always looking for new people to join the team. There is no pressure to come to sessions; the choice as to what you do is entirely up to you! Aside from the training, we have a good social scene which has contributed to the fantastic team atmosphere that currently surrounds the club.
