Yacht

Oxford University Yacht Club is the club for students with a passion for sailing. We cater for experienced racers and casual sailors, beginners and veterans providing sailing opportunities for students and other members of Oxford University.

The club offers both Yachting and Dinghy sailing.

The Yachting team organize various cruising and racing opportunities on the Solent and abroad and the Dinghy team train and compete regularly during Michaelmas and Hilary all over the country against other university teams.

In Trinity term OUYC also runs casual sailing activities for  activities for any sailor, whether you are a complete novice or a seasoned sailor. If you want to find out more then check out the rest of our website for more info about the great sailing that you can experience through OUYC.

Participation in Sunsail Regatta, sailing on a yacht with a crew of ~10 for the weekend.
