Fitness Classes

Our fitness classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and we welcome new participants in every session. This page provides information on the weekly classes we have available and how you can get involved. If you have any health conditions check with your doctor or please see a member of staff for information on what is involved in each class before coming to your first class.

 

Timetable

For the foreseeable future due to the rapidly changing Covid-19 situation, we are publishing activity times only via online booking and on our MobileApp. In this way the timetable is always real time rather than a static paper timetable which will be potentially outdated the moment a change is needed. 

 

Cost and Payment Options

Access to fitness classes is via a membership, activity pass or on a pay as you go basis. Further information on memberships and activity passes can be found on our memberships page. Classes on a pay as you go basis are available for £5.50 per class, payable at the time of booking.

 

How to Book

To book onto classes you must first have either a membership or online account with us. Visit our memberships page to join or register for an account.

Once activated, you can then book individual classes using our online bookings portal, on our MobileApp or by contacting our reception team by phone on 01865 611476.

Cancellations

A credit note or refund can be arranged if you cancel a class and give at least 24 hours’ notice, unfortunately no refund can be offered with less notice and bookings cannot be transferred. Once approved, it can take up to 2 weeks for a refund to appear in your account.
