OURFC name 13 Blues to face Cambridge at Twickenham

Oxford University RFC have named a record 13 old Blues in their starting line-up as they seek a fourth successive victory in the Varsity Match at Twickenham on Thursday, December 12.

Cambridge’s starting XV features five Blues, with a further two on the bench.

John Carter will lead the Dark Blues against Cambridge for the third successive year, hoping to secure another success following their comeback 26-19 victory in 2012.

Results so far in the rugby union Varsity series stand at 2-1 to Cambridge:
