A unique outdoors cycling-based fitness class! Each session is tailored to the intensity for individual needs, whilst attendees have the ability to adjust cycling resistance according to individual preference and guidance by the instructor. Remember your drink and a gym towel! This class is known for its ability to get you extremely sweaty – and is undoubtedly one of the sweatiest sessions ever known!
Please arrive around 10 minutes before the start to allow you to find the session, get set up on the bike and have a full 45 minute class!
