Cost: £5.00 per session

High intensity workout using the PowerWave Bag.

Enhances endurance, core strength and muscle development. Boosts metabolic rate for 24 hours after each workout. Suitable for all ages and level of fitness. Only 30 minutes needed to do the equivalent of 2 hours in the gym. Also usable as an addition to your current training programme irrespective of your sport.

Bring a drink! Timed session – can’t be late! 10 mins warm-up/cool-down, 20 mins high intensity session. For more info, visit


Cost: £4.50 per session (outdoor); £5.00 per session (indoor)

The class takes the form of a group warm up and dynamic stretching and then we split into small groups to work around a circuit of different exercise stations! Each exercise is performed for fifty seconds until a ten second break before moving onto the next! It’s up to you how hard you make it, if you are just starting out, go at your own pace. If you are really fit, increase the speed or number of reps you do. The aim is for the class to be accessible to all, whatever your ability! Studio Cycle

Cost: £5.00 per session. Classes are held outdoors in the Eton Fives Courts.

Classes are in a group with everyone on a stationary exercise bicycle led by the instructor aiming to give you a great workout! Each session is tailored to the intensity for individual needs whilst attendees have the ability to adjust cycling resistance according to individual preference and guidance by the instructor. Classes are held in the Eton Fives courts, offering a unique cycling-based fitness class experience! Remember your drink and a gym towel! This class is known for its ability to get you extremely sweaty – and is undoubtedly one of the sweatiest sessions ever known!

Please arrive around 10 minutes before the start to allow you to find the session, get set up on the bike and have a full 45 minute class!

Circuit Cycle – a hybrid of your traditional studio cycle class and weighted bag exercises (bag exercises performed off the bike). You get a great cardio workout from the cycling and a full body workout from the weighted bags (explosive/push/pull/rotation/core). The session is a high intensity 30 min sweat fest, so you’ll need to remember your towel and a drink for this one too! 24 spaces are available on a Tuesday. 12 spaces are available on a Wednesday!

Box Fit

Cost: £5.00 per session

Squad Fitness UK

Cost: £5.00 per session

The definition of Squad; a group of individuals with a common goal & a sense of solidarity which epitomises our sessions and our approach to training. Fun, equipment based boot camp sessions which cater for everyone, no matter what your shape, size or fitness level.

Whether you are looking to get fit for the first time or push your performance to the next level, our team of qualified ex-military instructors will challenge and motivate you.

Booking and Payment

Payment is made at reception, via telephone or in person.

You can book a session up to a week in advance by calling reception on 01865 611476 during our opening hours. Payment must be made at time of booking.  A credit note or refund will be arranged if at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is given, unfortunately no refund can be offered with less notice. It can take up to 2 weeks for a refund to appear in your account. Bookings cannot be transferred

Circuits, Box Fit, Powerwave and Regiment Fitness are drop in – no pre-booking necessary! You can also drop-in to studio cycling, however pre-booking is advised at busy times of year.

Our classes are suitable for all levels of fitness! But, if you have any health conditions check with your doctor or please see a member of staff for information on what is involved before signing up
