Class Description

A full-body workout – improving balance, agility, speed, co-ordination, strength and endurance.

A complete and efficient workout using suspension training to work your core and develop a sculpted figure/physique. Add to this your training plan and decrease the risk of imbalances and injury.

TRX is short for Total body Resistance eXercise. It turns every exercise into a challenge for the core by using two very accessible resources – gravity and your own body weight.

Fri 12:15 – 13:00

All TRX classes take place in the GLD Studio


Price

£5 per session.

Attendees must hold a fitness class membership
