Push your body to its limits around a circuit of different exercise stations! Each exercise is performed for fifty seconds until a ten second break before moving onto the next. Class members workout at each station at any pace they like (choosing their own speed and/or reps), within the time for the entire group to complete the circuit. The aim is for the class to be accessible to all, whatever ability! Classes are held both indoors and outdoors.
