High intensity workout using the PowerWave Bag. Only 30 minutes needed to do the equivalent of 2 hours in the gym. Enhances endurance, core strength and muscle development. Boosts metabolic rate for 24 hours after each workout. Suitable for all ages and level of fitness.
Bring a drink! 10 mins warm-up/cool-down, 20 mins high intensity session.

Mondays, 18:00 – 18:30 – Cricket School or outdoors (weather dependant)
Saturdays, 08:30 – 09:00 – Rugby Fives or outdoors (weather dependant)
