Class Description

Push your body to its limits around a circuit of different exercise stations! Each exercise is performed for fifty seconds until a ten second break before moving onto the next. Class members workout at each station at any pace they like (choosing their own speed and/or reps), within the time for the entire group to complete the circuit. The aim is for the class to be accessible to all, whatever ability! Classes are held both indoors and outdoors.

Due to huge popularity of our Tuesday night circuit class, we are now adding a second session to the current fitness timetable. 45 minutes on Saturdays at 08:00-08:45am. The Class will be held in the new GLD studio which will give us the opportunity to introduce lots of new exercises using the TRX suspension systems, stages bikes and boxing bags but of course keeping the traditional kings of circuits; burpees, squats jumps and squat thrusts! Class is open to all levels of fitness.
