Takes place outdoors so wear appropriate training clothes
The class takes the form of a group warm up and dynamic stretching and then we split into small groups to work around a circuit of different exercise stations!
Each exercise is performed for fifty seconds until a ten second break before moving onto the next!
It’s up to you how hard you make it, if you are just starting out, go at your own pace.
If you are really fit, increase the speed or number of reps you do.
The aim is for the class to be accessible to all, whatever your ability!
All classes are to be paid for at reception. You can book a session up to a week in advance, by calling reception on 01865 240476 during our opening hours. Payment must be made at time of booking. A credit note or refund will be arranged if 24 hours’ notice of cancellation is given, unfortunately no refund can be offered with less notice. It can take up to 2 weeks for a refund to appear in your account. Bookings cannot be transferred
