Vincent’s Norman Bryce Smiley Trophy: Vincent’s club is proud to award the Norman Smiley Trophy to a sportsperson who displays the characteristics most valued by Norman Smiley both on and off the field of play; humility in one’s success, morality in one’s ambition, pride in one’s ability and willingness to add value to one’s surroundings.

Walter’s Sportsman of the YearThis award will be given to a man who has shown excellence in their chosen sport but also contributed to the life of their club or to their sport in other ways.

BP Sportswoman of the Year: This award will be given to a woman who has shown excellence in their chosen sport but also contributed to the life of their club or to their sport in other ways.

Team Performance of the Year: This award is aimed at competitive teams and can be any distinct team within a club, from Women’s Blues to Men’s 3rds. This is primarily judged on achievement, for example top performances in BUCS or other major events, for dramatic improvements, or a fantastic run of victories.

Club of the Year: This is open to all clubs, whether they are competitive or not. The award will be based on the club’s activity over the past year and what they have contributed to the University and to the Community. This might be through club growth or development, outreach, or other activities on and off the pitch.
