A hybrid of your traditional studio cycle class and weighted bag exercises (performed off the bike). An intense cardio workout from the cycling is interspersed with a full body workout from the weighted bags (explosive/push/pull/rotation/core). The session is a high intensity 30 min sweat fest, so you’ll need to remember your towel and a drink for this one too! 24 spaces are available on a Tuesday. 12 spaces are available on a Wednesday!
